Tire Switch
Hey Y'all,
A few years ago I had Michelin PSS put on my 07 coupe, my machanic inadvertently put the front right rim on the left and the left on the right. I only noticed it because the DIC read tire pressure on the right tire was low. So I filled it up a little and checked it with a tire gauge. When I got in the car the DIC read left tire pressure was too high. Question...Is their a way to recalibrate the front two TPS without taking the rims and tires off to switch them? Thank you. |

Yes any tire shop can reprogram them. You could also buy a tpms tool and do it your self but if this is a one time need it would be cheaper to visit a shop

Thanks guys.

Or you can just put things like they were before the PSS are not directional
|
I bought a tpms tool on eBay. Cost $13 works perfectly.

Although one may not use the TPMS relearn tool much, for the price of the EL 50048, it's worth it.
I bought one years ago, and have used it many times on my vehicle, and my other vehicles as well. |
Do you have directional tires with the arrow did the installer do this correctly???
