Tuning needed for tranny swap?
 

I have a modified 1987 corvette still running the stock computer with a very custom tune. I’m at the point where I either need to beef the hell out of the 700r4 or swap transmissions. I’ve always wanted a zf6 and have found one for a good price.

I’ve searched but I can’t find any specific answer. My question is do I need to to anything to the ECM for a zf6 swap?

I don't think you do. I don't think the ECM can do squat about your shifting. The plug is for the lockup of the TC. I'd be more worried about the Transvestite Cable leading from the TB to the trans.

Minor tweaking of tune related to IAC, idle, declutching and coast down.
