$14,000 Per Month Pension for Blue Collar Worker?

NY is a joke.

This Transit Authority worker claims to work 10 hours Per Day OVERTIME 365 days per year, on top of his 8 hour day. 18.5 hours including lunch.

Yet, his neighbors say he works on his own house daily doing all types of home improvements.

He made $461,646 last year.

$344,147 was Overtime.

He will retire with a $14,000 per month pension, plus benefits and Social Security. :smash:

Why do Officials let someone get away with this?

11. Moral Hazard – Baron Acton observed in 1887 that “Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.” Since fiat currencies are created by monetary monopolies ex nihilo, e.g., through loan contracts, they provide a legal means of obtaining something for virtually nothing. As a result, those responsible for fiat currencies enjoy almost unlimited influence over economic and, therefore, political life. Sadly, human beings can never be good stewards of a currency system that provides one group in society with the means to obtain something for nothing. In fact, societies dominated by immoral fiat currency schemes eventually develop a something-for-nothing culture; a culture of entitlement in which, rather than producing wealth, everyone endeavors to live at the expense of everyone else.

The current President of the United States takes $0.00 for himself. And normally they receive only $400k. Is this union slug (D) more valuable than the President?

I actually feel sorry for anyone who actually feels they need to work that much. At they rate they wonít live long enough to collect much of a pension anyway.

You believe he actually worked 18.5 hours per day, 365 days per year? :willy:

What about drive time, to and from work in NY.

Does he sleep, shower, eat?

According to the article, if you read it, he doesn't. He just charges for time he doesn't spend at his job.

Good. He's robbing the same liberal scum who paved the way for the shitty system to support him, and the liberal scum who elected them.

And just recently, NYC announced the plans for a 'congestion tax' on motorists to pay for the much-needed maintenance of the transit system.

Perhaps they should focus on addressing areas such as this first instead of continually picking the pocket of taxpayers.
