Those do look very good HOWEVER, instead of scuffing my door panel, which can easily be cleaned up, those would get SCRATCHED up & difficult & expensive to fix/replace. Not trying to badmouth your product, just doesn’t make sense TO ME. Others will not share my opinion & buy them I’m sure.

Are they clear coated and scratch resistant? Does the admiral blue match or just close

These are clear coated with an automotive grade clear and are as scratch resistant as the paint on the exterior of your car. The admiral blue is mixed to GM's paint code specifications and is a good match. Of course, there are always slight variances in color from car to car, but these usually aren't that noticable.

Just got my Zo6 that is showroom, but looked at many Zo6s that were scuffed/scratched at that location that really turned me off.
If I knew this was available would have given some of those cars more consideration.
