Asr will not shut off

My 93 6 spd has The traction control stuck on in active mode. Can l just pull the asr abs fuses?has any one had this problem before? No sure way it will not shut off at the dash button?

Check for codes first. It maybe a wheel speed sensor.

Pulled fuses feels old school now no problem spinning the tires,

IDK without looking at the FSM but maybe the button is faulty?
