Bosh 3 from FIC vs original Multecs. To much difference in high. I'm not sure if the upper o-ring can seal. Tried fuel rail and I can see it the rubber of the ring 50% in and 50% off the aluminum. Thougts?

I did this. Its OK and sure?

A second o-ring

Below is my 1993 Corvette with FIC Bosch IIIs installed.

They've been in for about 7 months, and they don't leak

I remember they did have 2 O-rings, but they installed no issue at all.

Thanks!! Installed mine with the two o-ring, did a test drive and all is fine.

Out of curiosity are they noticeably quieter than than the old Multecs?

I would say that unless you have your ear to the injector to do a "Before and After" test, it will be hard to hear with all the engine noise going on.

In my opinión they are a little bit noisy than the Multecs, but there is big difference in efficiency and performance from any point of view.
In any case, as Aklim says, you must make an effort to listen to them.

Aklim is right, you'd have to A/B them to tell. With the hood closed and in the cabin you couldn't tell the difference between these and properly functioning Multecs.

Even with the hood up and engine running I would think it would be hard to say.

Gotcha. I had always read that the Multecs were loud but that is pretty subjective.
