Glass roof latch repair

Good day fellow Vetters. I have a 2001 C5 coupe with a glass roof and the screws in the latches have vibrated loose. Is there anyone out here that can recommend someone to replace the ones that have come out completely. It looks like a special tool is needed.

Any assistance is appreciated.
