Help the New Guy Gen 4 Corvette - Idle goes to hell after VE tune
2 Attachment(s)
Ok, so I have been going step by step with my tune after mods. I have done both MAF & VE tuning more than once. After I log and tune my idle goes to hell. Not sure what I am doing wrong. I have started from scratch twice now. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Not getting answers because there are so many possibilities. Who did the engine work? Was the idle bad before the tune? What does "bad" mean? Do your tunes change the idle? Lets start there.

Your answers are here.
https://forum.hptuners.com/showthrea...al-Information What adjustments to the tune are you making before MAF and then VE tuning? |
Not sure if you solved the situation but... for some reason, gen4 ECUS run rich briefly after flashing. Don't log/tune off of initial few drives. There was a thread on HPTuners about this but i forget where it was.

Injector temp resets after a flash and takes a little bit to get back to normal values. Some tunes have that table available to be updated as needed, others don’t |
