Rockauto $7 air filter
Some tuner out there should do a dyno test on a stock z06 with factory issued air filter , then with a bms filter. Then with the $7 filter from rock auto. Maybe the $7 filter gets the best dyno result. I bought one of these and replaced the bms and the car feels stronger and runs smoother.

I still have my OEM filter i was trying to sell. No one wanted it.
I think its because with the green filter and bms being so cheap. If someone who even wants to replace OEM with OEM they rather choose either the green or bms. And actually get gains that are proven. |
Some air filters make more power because they let more air pass through. They also let more dirt pass through :lol:
I would only buy one with a trusted / proven design. |

BMS is a paper air filter. Paying $90 for a disposable filter is lunacy when you can get a reusable one that flows more for the same price.
