Anyone near Greenville SC w/ a lift -- help a guy out?

Hi All,

I'm asking for a big favor -- I'm looking for someone in the Greenville SC area (~1 hr radius from the convention center) who would be able to help me out on Saturday July 13th by letting me use a lift for the day to "re-touch-up" the chasis and engine compartment of my 71 survivor car before NCRS bowtie judging at the national convention.

Here's the longer explanation -- I'm coming down from the NYC area for the NCRS national, and my plan for the past many months has been to drive. The car has been signed off for Bowtie judging (survivor, AKA they put it up on a lift during judging) so I've been cleaning up the chasis removing all of the grease, surface rust (where I can), and dirt -- leaving a coating of oil on the chasis to preserve inspection marks, original finishes, and prevent automatic re-rusting etc. (AKA the big mess has been made up in NY). My concern is on the journey down (~1000 miles with the touring route I want to take) I'm going to pick up a layer of dirt/grease/oil/rain water which would obstruct some of these finishes and possibly prevent the car from achieving the award I think it deserves.

If you're able to help on Saturday July 13th by providing a spot with a lift for the day please PM me -- I'll give you a call and I would ship down cleaning supplies (for the car and shop) & a tarp etc to keep your garage/shop clean or anything else you'd like me to have to protect your equiptment.

Thanks to you all for your help!!!
