Best way to do it is backup your current PDTS and flash the new one to see if you like it. If not, put your old one back on. I think it's an improvement. Feels tighter overall.

Loaded the new calibration file on my v3 it feels really good! I made no changes to the settings. Car does not bounce as much in tour, it settles back down quicker after a dip or rise than before.

Went to Buttonwillow and ran it in a new config #1CW which I haven't ran before. Most of it is like #13CW but adding Star Mazda hairpin before the S-es where the sweeper is...

First impression was that the car is much less bumpy, it has a cushioned feel and much more grip. Going through the S-es before I would have to avoid the rumble strips because they would upset the car too much, now the car rode through them at 100mph with no problem.
By comparison this upgrade is worth at least 2-3 seconds on most tracks. You just have so much more confidence in the car. I did manage to spin one time at the hair pin but I was going into it way too hard, it was the last session of the day and I wanted to get a better lap time, I still did 2:05:06 with traffic, which was a pretty good lap time considering that I had a 170 lbs passenger next to me and traffic.

It was the best upgrade to make you faster around the track for the money for sure!

After running it for a couple days with mixed driving roads and highways I think I will load the SPORT tune from the 12/17 ptsd file and keep the latest updates in tour and track. Sport is much firmer than the old 12/17 ptsd file.

Here are my thoughts after installing the new calibration file. I show how to run a USB wire to the controller and load the calibration/zero out ride height first so if you want to skip right to my feelings toward the update go to 10:57.
