When was the last time you updated the unit?

I got it in July last year. First thing I did was update the firmware and load the latest c7 file. Didn't mess with it much since then. I took my car to the dealership a few months later for the gm 100 octane tune and I put the stock controller in so they could install the latest suspension tune at the same time. I ended up liking the gm updated tune so I left the stock controller in.
