For those members considering buying ANYTHING from this company you should use caution when doing so.

Being fair. they will take your money, and ship your items timely and they are exactly as described. That part of my transaction was seamless.
Conversely, when it comes to giving you a refund Mark and crew are less than honorable and provide a horrible almost criminal practice when it comes to refunding your hard earned cash!

Case in point....
On 10 June 2019 i purchased a pair of Weld Racing S71 Beadlocks for $1900 shipped to TX. They arrived timely and were perfect. That weekend i ended up selling my 08C6Z to a friend. I requested through Andy (Carlyle Racing) that following Monday if i could return the wheels. He obliged and i sent them back that day. They received them that Thursday 16 June 2019.

I called Mark personally two weeks ago this past Friday inquiring as to when i could expect my full refund. He stated that the shop was not open that Friday and that he was preparing for a race weekend and would submit my refund that Monday. I was good with that. But it didn't happen. I called and spoke with Andy the flowing day and he stated Mark was going to get to it. 2 days later nothing. I sent a PVT message through CF inquiring to no avail, i sent and email with no response. I have called andy numerous times throughout the week. This past Friday i got the same excuse that i received two Fridays ago... "Mark is RACING this weekend and the request is on his desk".

So, here is it 1 July going on 3 weeks since i returned the wheels in good faith that my money would be refunded. I am not sure how they get away with this? I will attempt to call Mark again TODAY in an effort to give him one final opportunity to do the right thing. to this point he has not! He owes me $1900!!! In retrospect, i should have simply sold them myself. I paid $150 to ship these back so i have $2050 in them. Not chump change...

If i do not get satisfaction this week i will need to pursue other means of getting my money back.

MARK at CARLYLE RACING needs to do the right thing and refund my money IN FULL this week. I will post back up good or bad by weeks end.

Spoke with Mike today. Like Andy he seemed genuinely concerned. He stated that he would get with Mark.

Once trans action is completed, I am happy to post results... If it matters.

UPDATE:... I am showing a "pending" refund from Carlyle Racing.....

Refund received. Lesson learned.
