Porting polishing heads & flow bench LS3

Does anyone have experience with 2011 stock LS3 heads (port, polish, flow bench work? What gains did you experience over stock heads?

I do all my own porting...use QMP racing in Chatsworth Ca they have a SF600 bench which is pretty accurate.
Noone can tell you what gains youll get as porting is not universal. A good valve job has a big bearing on #s too.

WILSON MANIFOLDS down Here in South Florida is one of the best in the country . if you're comparing apples to apples 20-30 hp for ported heads . Look on the et slip time list for guys that are doing cams ( modded ls3 ) 124-126 traps then guys that have heads AND cam they are trapping 127-131 MPH . Granted a stage 4 cam is meant for ported or aftermarket heads and a stage 3 is meant for stock heads and other supporting mods ( converter , headers , tune obviously ) . truth be told these LS3 heads flow pretty dam well out of the box !!!
