Recommendations Needed in Charlotte for Variety of Things

Hello everyone! I am new to the forum and recently purchased my 2nd C6! I'm also new to the Charlotte area and looking for some recommendations, preferably on the south side of town.

Who do you trust for general maintenance and minor repairs? (for example - I have the dreaded cold start chirp and need to get the oil changed)

Who would you trust for minor body work? The previous owner tried to fill in some scratches with color match paint, but the areas need to be smoothed out, touched up, and clear coated

Where would you go to have a supercharger and air suspension installed?

Thank you so much for all of your help!!!! I really appreciate any guidance and words of wisdom you may have.

- Christi

Welcome to Charlotte!. For general maintenance and repairs I would go the City Chevrolet on Independence Blvd. For body work Dub at Corvettes, Etc. on Wilkinson Blvd is one of the best but he is often backed up.

Good luck.

Have to recommend Heintz Racing in Concord for your supercharger. They are specialists on LSX motors.

PCM of NC gets my mod business. They’re up in Mooresville. I’ve known Kelly and Alvin for a lonnnggg time and they do great work. They’re LSx enthusiasts themselves and have owned and modified a slew of nice vehicles.

Welcome to the area - always good to see another female Vette aficionado! Heck, female car nut in general!

I was a Vettetech for 16 years, but decided to change my career up a bit, I'm following this thread just to see who does what in our area and hopefully meet up with fellow Vette owners in the future..

Yep, Dub is a great way to go. He is definitely very knowledgeable and, I think, a perfectionist. Which is a VERY good thing. As mentioned, you may have a bit of a wait.
