Thanks - just made it. ;)

Wish they hadn’t chosen the “Count” to add color to this show. He’s a total jackass. No offense intended to jackasses.
|
Like the story, but looks like it was pieced together with left-over spare parts.
|
That split window looked like crap on it ...
|
I HATED and I mean ABSOLUTELY HATED the analog gauges and that stupid looking split rear window crap.....but hey its his, better him than me.
|
I DVR it, going to watch it tonight, I see lot of people aren't pleased, but at least someone made a show on Corvettes, good or bad!

Thinking it would have looked better if they sealed in the seams and blend it into the body of the car. |
I recorded it and will watch it at some point. Having "The Count" on it really doesn't appeal to me.

i was hoping for a bit more. didn't like the thought of the split window initially and, the final outcome didn't help either.
the intent was to create the missing '83 but, all the did was make a custom 'vette. except for rear window, I felt it was o.k. I much prefer the analog over the digital gauges ( whether in this car or any car ). I don't mind the Count either. he is definitely a car guy, though, some of their creations tend to be a bit overboard ( especially on the graphics ). |
Saw this car in Corvette magazine.
Not impressed at all. HATE the split window on it. I see no reason to call it the missing link, it's just some custom car a guy built, poorly at that. I think it got attention because of some of the people involved, not necessarily because it is great. |

I have to believe that the old school engineers on hand, were holding back on their true thoughts. |
Wasn't that impressed with the show but as others said at least there was show about corvettes.
I think the show would be much more appreciated by vette people if they did a show restoring all the warehouse find vettes, make a whole series on it, would be a lot better than most shows on Motor Trend. |
The "missing" Corvette??? The 1983 Corvette? Of which they built, what, 40? And one survived?
Seriously, take a 1984 Corvette and damn...there is the missing Corvette. As others have said it is a custom Corvette...and not a very attractive one at that. Just shows that money and taste do not necessarily go hand in hand. :U |

No such thing as a missing link as 43 1983 Corvettes were built. The 1983 became the 1984 because of quality control and production issues. With that said I DVRed the program and will watch because it involves Corvettes. Not all shows involving Corvettes are a good thing... remembering Corvette Summer... Hahaha....
