Tire shine

I have a 2019 Grand Sport with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. I am trying to get a gloss shine on the tires for car shows. I have tried several different tire shine products with no success. They just won't take a shine. Any ideas? The photo shows as shiny as I have been able to get.

Im currently using Meguairs GEL but apparently people have issues with it "Slinging"
onto the body .......I havent really experienced this YET !!!!

On a Short term basis I also use 303 Protectant

I've been using Chadwicks No Sling tire shine. It does the job for me. Its more of a creme substance. I use applicator pads to apply to the tires. It doesnt have that super greasy look, but does provide a nice shine. I like it because the tires will still have that dark look once the initial shine wears off.

I use Cover All. It is not like the heavy splatter stuff but leaves a nice sheen.

Hot Shine at parts store. By the way, you can put on more layers to get them shinier.

This is after three coats of Cover All. Clean but definitely not shiny.
