Scottsdale meet
This past Saturday I cruised around the Scottsdale Rd. and Mayo area looking for cars and found none. Is it still happening ? Wrong location ? I was there around 10 am.

Check the website of Scuderia Southwest, I too attend this event but they have decided to take a couple months off according to the website. They said stay tuned, so I guess/hope they resume soon.
|
My guess is it will resume after the heat dissipates a bit.
|
Don't they still do the Scottsdale Pavillions on Saturdays?

I've though it was a decent turn out even in the summer. C2 tactical is in the same parking lot, so you can enjoy the car event then go squeeze off a couple hundred rounds at the range, what could be better, cars and shooting? Win, win..... |
From their site, they don't mention the reason:

I walk past the same cars and owners I’ve seen before for free. My underwear is not twisted if a small group of exotic cars paid to park together. |
