A8 shudder correction
 

I have my 2017 GS A8 in with the dealer on the shudder/hard shift issue. They are saying that a TCM program is the way to correct the issue. It was my understanding that the corrective action was to do a triple flush with the new transmission fluid. What is the initial steps? Reprogram, then triple flush?

You are correct just had my 16 Z06 flushed 15000 miles.
