Fuel related issue - Timeline

1st issue I have ever had. 86 with 58k on the clock. Recently when slowing down to stop the car seemed to be starving for fuel. Give it gas, all is good. Slowly but surely overtime it started to get worse. Today took it for a drive at now it is running like it is running on 4 cylinders. It actually died. It started back up and limped it two blocks to home. Hooked up a fuel pressure gage and at idle it was 38-40. I noticed the valve on the fuel rail when pressed to check pressure was full of bubbles, don't know if this is normal. Good pressure, just bubbled fuel. When I drained the gage, it was all clear no bubbles

Looking for some advice where to start. Usually I'm helping people, this one I need some help as my time is limited for a couple weeks. Plus putting a Civic engine back together the past couple days took time away from the Vette.

Thank you
