**LMR1000HP 2018 Grand Sport Corvette Build Inside**
Another 2018 Grand Sport Corvette build has begun for our LMR1000HP package. Our 1000HP C7 Corvette package includes the tear down of the factory LT1 engine to install forged Pistons with our complete heads/Cam package to hold all the boost the ProCharger will give it. Looks great! I had to dump that little PC filter upgraded to a much larger unit. Made a big difference in fact seat of pants difference. Not quite as much as being completely open at the bell housing but much more flow.

Great sounding car!...I wouldn't need 1000HP though...(CDL pays the bills here :banghead:) But once I sell this motorcycle i'm gone hunt down another Vette and take it to you guys...I would probably be getting a Grand Sport but to get that idle sound would it just be headers and cams to throw on?...how much to get that sound without all the extra HP?...

The idle is what I'm after, the horsepower is nice but I'm happy with the 460+ that I have. 4 years left on warranty keeps me from having that sound! One question for ya tho since I'm a noob regarding all these mods to our late model cars. Since us Texas folk (some of us anyway) have to pass yearly emissions inspections, how is that done when you swap out factory stuff for y'alls headers? Are we losing factory cats and sensors or what? Keep the videos coming, I enjoy seeing what you guys are doing to these cars! Hopefully one day I'll be dropping mine off there! |

We install high flow catalytic converters with our packages. |
