HUD included in 1LT package?
 

Has anyone pre-orderd a 1LT and does it include HUD? I am so tired of having to order the 2LT model just to get the HUD.

umm, pre-ordered how? 1LT? who knows what the packages will be called or what will be included....

There's no pre ordering, there's no information regarding what you can or can not get.

I fully expect it to be part of an upgraded package.

Nobody knows nobody knows. Do you really think anyone has made an order and knows what all the packages and options will be?

Highly doubt it.

There's an unhinged fruitcake running around C8 that's been trying to make everyone believe he's order TWO C8s!:crazy: Incredibly delusional individual... No one has ordered a C8. No one!

Forget about the HUD for now.

1LT only has ac and a motor.lol. poor man's version sorry.

I see your point, but some folks just want a Vette. A 1LT and 3LT operate exactly the same performance wise w/o the HUD. I personally like the HUD, but didn't pay extra for it on my Caddy and won't on my c8. A bit of a gimmick imho. Cool, but not necessary.

The HUD s value is when my radar detector goes off I can more quickly see how much over the speed limit I am...

worth a grand ...not sure about the five grand as part of the 2LT package....

3rd new corvette two out of three had it...

its cool but over rated...especially with a dct...

i like heated seats and I like the adjustable side bolsters on the drivers seat....

if we can get adjustable side bolsters for the drivers seat outside of the 2 lt...

ill probably pass ..

i definitely want that front end lift option and the z51 fe4...

all the rest is whatever floats my boat.

will have to wait for the reveal to find out...

at this point none of us know anything...

maybe thursday we will find out.

The fact you will upgrade to the 2LT in order to get the HUD is exactly why they'll put it in the 2LT package and not the 1LT...

That thread was started by a Canadian forum member. You might have better success PM'ing that forum member directly (or at least have put your question into THAT thread) being that nobody else has confirmed being able to 'pre-order'. You are asking confirmation from a group when only 1 person has said they did so....

I always find myself turning the HUD off. Perhaps the C7's (and C8) is better than the C6 tho, no experience there.

Most dealers are happy to take your money when they know nothing.

Some will even let you tell them how you want the car ordered. I know, crazy. :willy:

It's pretty safe to say there will be a few tiers of interior option packages, an upgraded seat option, upgraded audio, standard vette colors like a red, white, blue, silver, yellow and black, a few stripe options, upgrade wheels, etc., and accessories like car cover, battery tender, onstar.

I would imagine that most dealers who have "taken an order" (i.e. taken a deposit) and let the customer "spec" the car (i.e. give the dealer a wishlist) will contact the customer with an actual spec sheet before entering the options into the final order.

C7 is full color and easier to read versus the green in previous years. Track Mode has shift lights in the HUD which is really cool. Definitely an improvement over the C6.

The C7’s is night and day different from the C6. It doesn’t look like an 80s computer game.
