Painted exterior accent option?
 

Both my C7s had the carbon flash badging, mirrors, spoiler, etc. Looking to change it up on my C8 with the body color painted exterior accent option. Anyone else ordering this option?

I'm doing the same, but in Artic White. Sometimes less is more.

I REALLY prefer the body-colored side intake accent, but the body colored rear vents just look a bit "odd" to me.

I agree 100%. The rear vents in body color just don't look right.

This is a $995 option that will make this less frequently ordered and therefore more exclusive. Those body-colored winglets over the front vents really help the front-end appearance. Perhaps after-market carbon flash replacements or decals will be available for the rear vents for those who want that combination.

Way overpriced and those rear vents combined with the fact that most C8's will have the black trim will make the whole car look like a Maaco tape and spray...

I was on the fence but saw a little Honda hatchback with fake rear vents in black and was like, “yeah, eff that!”

I like it much better. Well worth the money

I am definitely going with body color on a convertible. Don't like the black accents, and the vents in the rear look better in body color.

I like both, But the side air scoop in body color would look better if it was all one piece. In black it looks better in that regard,
