Floor mats

I drive frequently in bare feet. my c6 floor mats were too thin and not comfortable. do you think the c8 floor mats are going to be more plush or would the aftermarket be better

You need to get on the Lloyd Mats pre-order list ASAP. I have a TPW of mid-March for mine.

Hopefully more and more aftermarket items will start to appear. Investigating the items, eventually buying them in preparation for our cars to finally ARRIVE....may take some sting out of the waiting.

C7 OEM matts were sketchy, so I'd expect the standard C8 items to be similar. Want plush? Get a set of LLoyds.

Finally! I've been waiting for a thread about floor mats. I thought it would never come. Thanks for bringing up this ever so important subject.

it's an underserved topic yet more important than a manual transmission.

^ You’re absolutely right. Have you found a suitable satin stretch cover yet BTW?

my garages seal tight and the air handler has hepa filtration. I don't use covers.

Does anyone know the price and/or quality of the Accessory OEM floor mats?

Which ones did you order?
I’m stuck between the custom embroidered Playboy bunny, “Panty Dropper”, or “Ok, Boomer” right now.....

its likely that the ok boomer will go out of pleasure before your car is even delivered.

I was thinking of the OK Boomers for exclusivity.....Virtually no one will have another set. I mean, I know many of the shows are called “Cars & Coffee”, but I’ve never seen the man-bunned barista with the Tercel at any of them.

Wait... driving barefoot is bad? I live at the beach and wear flip flops whenever I'm not at work. I always take them off when driving as the clutch foot heel can get hung up. So I drive barefoot a ton. That said, I used weather tech mats even sans shoes.
