Yes, the yellow does have a hint of green in person (yellow and blue make green).

Wow, you definitely need the sun to be shining to like it. The body color trim pieces aren't helping either :U

Now I understand why the calipers are the color they are... they coordinate. A traditional "velocity yellow" caliper wouldn't work at all.

Very good pictures and "real" as in accurate lighting. That light green hint just wouldn't work for me, but then I was never planning on a yellow car. It will be interesting to see what the yellow Corvette fans think about it.

as a former owner of yellow c6, and two c7s... I am quite happy I didn't order yellow

I'm a massive yellow fan... I don't like it, keeping my rapid blue as ordered. If the car had been Velocity Yellow I'd have ordered a yellow one. My first Corvette was a Millennium Yellow 2001 Z06. Loved that car. Liked Velocity Yellow even more. They went the wrong way with Corvette Racing Yellow in 2016... too light/greenish.

Why did they change from their standard yellows.. those all looked fine.

Looks a lot like the colour "Shock" on the Camaro. Would like to see the two side by side. It's definitely "in your face" bright yellow.

I would agree, a good strong solid yellow like Millennium or Velocity would have been a winner and quite a few folks would order. This seems just off enough that I'm afraid those on the fence will fall away from it. I'm sure they will sell some to the hard core yellow fans, but even they may not be as happy as they could have been. Not their best effort IMO.

You're saying this c8 yellow is "in your face" bright?

I'm a yellow guy... And I think it looks hideous.
Even if I were going to lease it, I wouldn't want that color... Let alone I know I'll go to sell it 2-3 years from now and nobody else will want that color without a massive discount from fair market price.

Excellent vid, Jeremy. No idea how you hold a cam, even a phone cam that steady and drive.

As to color, that has to be the first time I've seen a Corvette in that color/hue of yellow. It does have a lot of "green" in it. Maybe it will sell well.

Time to change my avatar...:( Thankfully my order isn't finalized yet... Sebring Orange here I come....

This color needs a good set of aftermarket wheels.

I will buy it, pretty sure in the sun with the metal flake it will look better, also needs more carbon flash, nacells and the roof in black will look great, needs contrast badly.

I don'y know if it's because it's overcast out but it seems like a watered down yellow...

Finally, a yellow worthy of being on a Corvette.
It's an exotic color, for an exotic looking car.
I like the green pop. I wish it had more of it.

No way I would want that color. That just isn't "yellow" enough.
