Vident Tech 2 knock-off
 

I got this scanner off fleabay mainly to do a CRK sensor relearn. Was able to get that done fairly easily, but instructions on this are really non- existent. It looks like it will do much more, if I knew how. Anyone know about this scanner? I would mainly like to change trans shift parameters, which I think it will do, if I knew how! And yes, I have google searched!

What do you want to know about the Tech 2 ??...will NOT change shift parameters...it is bi directional which means you can command things to run like fuel pump, cooling fans, energize solenoids,etc...best way to learn is to use it !!...Google “Tech 2 user guide” and you will find it...it’s a 6 MB file !!

I would like to use something like this to delete the tpms system. Please let us know if you learn about that. End threadjack, sorry.

Well, like I said, I went cheap and bought an imitation. Can the Tech 2 at least change TCC engagement?

The “Chinese clone” has the same software as a real Tech 2 and no you can’t change TCC engagement !!
