Uh oh... C8 headlights for C6??

I like the Morimoto C7s better. Still have OEM because I'm a cheap bastard and won't switch until/if the OEMs go bad.

I'm waiting for the C9 headlights. I hear they're gonna be awesome! :D

i don’t think chevy C10 truck lights would look good.

I'd like to see flip up headlights. Bet if done right it would be pretty net. :thumbs:

I'd get them if the light output is amazing & the $$ is competitive, in my book form follows function! I like the morimotos as well

I have a feeling this post was for my benefit because of my avatar! The point is, it's anyone's guess to what the future will bring, and just pure conjecture! I'm sorry if you don't appreciate my sense of humor, and BTW I do have a C6, if you bothered to check my profile!:thumbs:

It actually wasn’t in response to your avatar or your post as I love the C2 - one will be the next addition to my garage :cool: It was more just a poke at people (not you) always thinking newer tech is better and forgetting about the older cool stuff :cheers:

I totally misconstrued your entire statement! But you can see how it could happen. Your post came right after mine, mentioning the C2 headlights, and the negative sounding remark about the poor lighting of the 60s headlights, and on top of that, me thinking that you thought that I currently had the "antiquated" C2!:D I wish I did, and actually tried finding the actual car about 10 years ago. I listed "looking for current owner", and my information and Vin # with the Corvette mid year registry website, but no one ever responded. I love my C6, but the C2 big block, side pipes, and top down was an experience words can't describe! ​​​​​

Those are awesome, I currently have the C7 Morimoto’s but I want a pair!
I’d have the left headlight C8 & right headlight C7

I have always though the C6 front lights were the most inadequate part of the C6 design and wish somebody would come up with a set of unique (and functional) lights for it; not emulating the C7 or C8 (or C5 or C2) ... just something new for the C6.

Just purchased my C6 two months ago and was looking to buy C7 style but those C8 style look amazing, I think I'll wait for those.
