Will see any difference in sound when I install a set of Dynomax headers?
 

In the spring I'm going to install a set of Dynomax headers, you think I'll notice any difference in sound?

Oh yea. Mine sounded like a Pro-stock with them uncorked. I think performance wiz, it's good for about 10 to 20 hp.

I have always had the opposite on my rides, the sound got QUIETER??!! Anyway the performance will be a lot better though.

I dont think the sound will be any different as long as you are stuffing everything into the same mufflers...at least thats how it worked for me, but I DID notice a nice performance gain....... :D :D :D

I ran my setup on Desktop Dyno.. According to the chart my current setup with dual exhaust and Dynomax headers will be 300hp with 365 LBS TQ :eek: Remember, this is NET.. No Accessories or transmission loss is Calculated in.

lason is right! Mine was noticeably quieter too, but sounded "different". But ran quite a bit better through the 4000-5500 RPM range.

They sound best Uncorked.I did not notice a lot of sound change but got much better performance from 4k and up...... :cheers:
