Repair manuals for 1971 LS5

I own the Chilton's book but that mainly deals with the engine compartment.

Is there a good service manual that focuses on the electric (Dashboard / gauges / wiring of the vehicle)?

You need to get Factory Assembly Manual. Check Corvette vendors / Ebay.
It's 418 pages of stuff you didn't think you needed to know.

:iagree: The AIM is invaluable for how things go together

For actual servicing though, like wiring and troubleshooting systems, the Chevrolet service manual is fairly complete, covers more than just the corvette for whatever year but covers most things.
I think 71 was still called a "chassis" manual
