ACC Carpet

I'm still trying to install my new carpet from ACC . The old is out , insulation layed in place and I'm just laying the carpet in to check for fit . Everything seems to be very near the size of the old carpet EXCEPT the carpet for the wheel wells . I looks like I'll have to trim at least 4 inches off of it in some areas . Is this common ?

Just be glad you've got excess to trim instead of too little, which has been known to happen.

1Redctoo,

My experiance with the ACC carpet kit was much the same. Those two rear pieces were the worst, it was very nerve racking trying to fiigure out just where to cut it knowing each cut will affect the overall fitment of the panel. After what seemed like two days worth of fitting those two pieces I just shot the glue on em and hoped for the best.

Good luck with your install.
