Driver head coolant temp sensor wires
 

Can someone tell me which color wire goes where on the coolant sensor pigtail? i took a reference photo for EVERYTHING I depinned except for this one apparently. :(

Ok, my coolant sensor plug broke, the replacement plug that I have to splice on doesn’t have tan and yellow, it has one black wire and one white wire. So do I connect the white wire to the tan low resistance wire and the black to the yellow temp sensor signal wire or vice versa?

Hard to tell unless we know which side each color is on.Just look at the post above and match up the wires.

Thanks for the info, I replaced the plug and sensor today, so far so good, we will see if it comes back again. Thanks!
