How to contact the "Gift" Vendor....
I want to contact the Vendor that does the "Gift" that new Corvette owners get thru GM. I have been waiting since August of 2022 (and others) and I can't seem to find anybody who knows how to contact the Vendor. I was told in the beginning that "they are behind due to Covid" but lets be realistic with the time that has gone by. While it is not an issue that will end my enjoyment of the C8, to me it's part of my purchase of the car and I'd like to have them.

I just called the Corvette Concierge. My delivery was Oct '21 for a 22 Covette. Called around Apr/May '22 received the "gift" in about 2 weeks.

Took delivery of my car in May of 2022 and still don't have the Speed Model. Called Concierge a few months ago, but nothing has happened thus far.

Yesterday I called the concierge as well. Very nice and placed a "tracker" on mine. I got the feeling it didn't even show up in their database, so she took all my info and assured me it would move forward and I would see movement with regular updates now, and if I didn't see emails within 30 days I should call back.
Don't be shy to call. They are very prepared and can help on your welcome package. |
Took delivery of my C8 last Dec '22 and received mine 4 months later...I also ordered my C8 through MacMulkin...

Your dealer needs to submit this, in many cases they don't. I received mine in April of '23, 4 months after purchase so Covid has nothing to do with it now ! From MM just like Tadda in above post !

I had purchased my car in Oct 2022 and had been waiting patiently. Finally someone had suggested that I contact the online concierge at corvette.com. I tried that route the customer service rep said they had submitted the request to the vendor and it could take upto 3 weeks.
Lo and behold 3 weeks letter I get a fedex notification that a package is on the way, this was back in November 2023. So yes the concierge does work really well... thanks GM. |

That’s a long time to be waiting on the model to arrive. Good luck reaching out to the vendor and then getting your gift.

I purchased my C8 from a Dealer used. I asked them if the prior owner had one for the car and never heard back? |

Took delivery on 8/18/23 and model gift came on 12/12/23. Very nice and appreciated.

Been waiting since R8C delivery in March 2023. the link posed in response #4 does not work for me. It just turns red and sits there.

So, what I did was use the link address in response #4 and emailed them directly with all my information, so we will see what happens now.

I just called the concierge and he said that all new owners are guaranteed the gift package but they are currently on backorder. I was asked to be patient, as I will eventually receive it and I was advised that I can call back in a couple of months to check on the status.
