My Vette's birthday is today

61 year's ago today I drove my Vette for the first time. I could not stop turning the wheels. The first year saw 33,513 miles and the second year saw 30,000 miles. Today we have 625,000 miles on the clock. Marilyn and I drove it to a restaurant for lunch and just returned home around 4 PM. It always feels good to get behind the wheel and enjoy the open roads.:) Below is a photo at Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin on the Wisconsin River, south of Spring Green, WI. It also was the first day the top was down.

JF in MI's Vette birthday is today, Small world.

Great job as a care taker...(-: Maybe you could start a thread about your long-term ownership and all the notable things, happenings, upgrades and changes you have made. The good the bad and the ugly about your car. Not many old cars have their original owners! Thanks all Big-K Ohio

Belated Happy Birthday. Steve you, your wife, and your '63 Corvette have celebrity status. Milestone mileage and continued road trips shared with your friends on this forum I believe are always admired and enjoyed. Thanks for the updates!
