Concept 841/Celeritech - Is This The End Or The Beginning?

Got an email from Concept 841 Headers, to the effect that Celeritech USA had been a partnership with Celeritech and that this partnership had come to an end. According to the email,. Celeritech wanted to claim ownership of the 841 design. Now Concept 841 is doing everything in-house and new system development is happening on an accelerated basis.

When I go to the Celeritech USA website, it now links over to the Concept 841 website.

For some reason, I can't link the email itself.

Long story short, Celeritech USA was apparently a joint venture between the Dutch Celeritech and a US individual. They made, among other things, a unique and innovative titanium exhaust for the C6 Z06 and had been promising a new and improved version for some months now.

According to the US individual, that joint venture has come to an end and new product is or soon will be available.

Never heard of them. Do you already have these?

I think most people would recommend Corsa or other brands over what you suggested. Don't be the guinea pig and buy something that isn't proven.

Been waiting ages for them to release their valved system. Seems like it's constantly pushed back.

"On an accelerated basis..." man i hope so!

I contacted them last year after seeing the crazy Hoonigan video of their exhaust setup installed on the C6. It is crazy how it gives the flat plane crank/ferrari sound so to speak.

Well Martin told me he was going to design a system for the C7 corvette as well. So, I'm hoping things really are moving faster now.

I can imagine the past year had been a headache for Martin and trying to figure out what to do with the whole celeritech situation mentioned above.

If you haven't seen the hoonigan video for the celeritech setup...google it. Absolutely amazing lol.
