Does the 6 month warranty transfer still apply to 24’s

Long story short, I bought a new ‘24 Z06 in February. I’m in a situation where I need to sell it and get a more family friendly vehicle. Does the 6 month “hold” period still apply to 24’s? I didn’t sign nor was notified of any paperwork applying to this. It’s just for 23’s to my knowledge.

I had to sign it for my 2024, and according to GM it's still in force.

Still applies to 2024s.

You'll have to sell this summer.

ARE you 100% sure you didn't sign the notification/agreement amongst the excitement and flurry of papers being throw at you during the delivery process?
If there's no signed document you may be able to avoid the restriction if you can afford an attorney who is better than GM's fleet of attorneys. Personally I wouldn't chance it.

Looks like you will have to wait a while in order to keep the warranty intact.

Too bad GM isn't as "concerned" about real customers.
