Tire recommendation
Hanging out in the Jeep forum gave me an idea about the vette. Since I doubt us NorthEast folks will ever see green grass again, I'm going to put a lift kit on the white princess. Most of the GrandCherokee guys usually go with a 3 inch lift. I'm figuring maybe 18 to 20 inches on the vette. That should give me enough clearance for the snow and as an added benefit, I won't need a jack to change the oil. My only concern are tires. I'm guessing the P225 70R15 BFG's wouldn't have an agressive tread for the snow. I'm looking for suggestions...

Re: Tire recommendation (apple76)
Tires? Come on, how about some of those triagular track sytems on all four corners, like they have for 4-wheel drive trucks and atv's?

Re: Tire recommendation (apple76)
Maybe some type of floatation tires. Its beginning to rain here and I'm betting there's gonna be a lot of new rivers and lakes... :yesnod:

Re: Tire recommendation (apple76)
Try a 35in. BFGs that should be agressive enough.
