Will this turn on my electric fans?

I want to use one like this. I have the one that fit between the fins of the radiator and really don`t like the way it works. It doesn`t turn the fans on soon enough for me. Forum member Bullyj has one that has an adjustable thermostat that I have been thinking of. His works really good. What are you guys using? |

I am using one that has a temp prob that fits in the fins of the radiator, like yours, but mine is adjustable.
I got it at Pep Boys for about $40, it is by Hayden, and has a relay for the fan to come on at an ajustable temperature point, or on with the A/C. |

That looks a lot like the Painless wiring unit that I used on my Flex-a-Lite fans after I got sick of the standard temp probe. The Painless kit can be ordered with a 185 or 200 degree on switch. Mine works great.
