Lower Seat Rails for Stock Seats?

Does anyone know of any seat rails/mount that bolt up to the stock seats that allow the seat to sit lower. Adjustable or no-adjustable would be okay.

Anyone? I just bought a new helmet, which apparently is larger than my old one because I'm now banging into the roof somewhere around my left ear. I need my seat to be an inch or two lower.

I've read of a few people removing springs in the seat bottom to sit lower. You could also add length to the spring with a tie wrap to the connecting point.

Nope. But, in the past, what I've seen members here do when they needed more headroom, is to pull out a couple of the support springs from the seat. That allowed them to sit deeper in the seat and created greater headroom.

There are some impressive aftermarket seats available but I'm not aware if they lower the overall seat height. They are expensive as well. Forum member Maineiac put an awesome set in his Z not long ago.

Maybe you remove the tracks and bolt it directly to the floor.
