Son just bought 02 MY Z06
 

My oldest son is in AF Pilot Training at Vance AFB, OK and just bought a 2002 MY Z06 from the forum (From FATBASTARD - [for the record, he's neither fat nor a bastard]). They met in Knoxville, TN last night (Fri 8 August) and he is now on the road back to Vance AFB via I-40. As of Saturday at 9:30AM Central time, he should be somewhere just west of Nashville now on I-40, so if you live along I-40 between there and OK City and see a MY Z06 with a 20-something guy with a crew cut driving, give him a wave. Needless to say he is very excited!

Update: As of 10:20AM Central time, he just passed Dickson, west of Nashville. Estimate he'll pass through Memphis about 1PM Central - be sure to wave of you spot him :seeya

You do realize that if you ride in or drive the Z06 you run the risk of catching a severe case of Corvette Fever, which is cured by vette ownership only. Use extreme caution when approaching a Z06 they are infectous. :jester
