Quad-Jet question,,,

First off, I currently have the Edelbrock 750 DP on. I'm rebuilding the original QJ to try to resolve some drivability problems because the Edelbrock hesitates under 2300rpm. It sputters until it's over 2300 & then it's fine. 3/4 throttle & it's better but not 100%. I've been also playing with different jet sizes too to try to "calm" it down. Hopefully that will work sooner or later. Anyway, while rebuilding the QJ, I noticed the seal around the power piston is brittle & the piston itself is a little scored like someone tried to knock the pin out by putting it in a vise. 1st question,, where can I get another power piston 7 seal? 2nd question,,, where can I get a "jet/rod" kit for the QJ? The number on the Quad is a 17058204. Thanx for your help.
ps: If anyone in New Jersey wants to get together to "tune" this thing, drop me a line. Thanx again.

Bill,

I did a quick Google search and came up with this site that claims to have Q-jet parts. You may want to check it out:
