Where should I buy slotted rotors??

Where is th ebest place to pick up sloted rotors for the best price. Looking to race at the track in a few months and need an upgrade.

BTW I'm looking at getting the Carbon Metallic pads, I think.

Thanks

Check out www.vettebrakes.com, I just ordered a set of their slotted sport rotors ... and if you mention your a forum member you get another 10% off. VB&P makes good stuff!

Nowhere. I won't go into it here, just check out the archives. It's a waste of money and you will not gain anything from it, except to wear out your pads quicker.

Having said that, I do run them on my two piece 13 X 1.375" front rotors because I want maximum bite when I apply the brakes at the end of a 3,000ft straightaway. I run Wilwood GNIII 6 pot calipers and the 13" J55/GS fronts in the rear.
PS. PFC are the best on the planet as far as I'm concerned. I have run their street Z pads on my wife's Blazer, my Tahoe, (C4 originally) for many years, and only their race pads on the Corvette and wouldn't consider anything else at this point.

Give them a call they are very knowledgeable and will help you out.
