I've been lurking here for about a year since I bought my red '73 in 2003. I figured it's been long enough for me to try to figure out how to post a photo or two so here goes...

hasn't anyone told you how depressing it is to see that picture? Give me your address so I can send you some rust.

i got something thats more depressing--THE AMOUNT OF MONEY IT TOOK TO DO THIS! seriously i did this prior to 9/11 when all us elecricians had a ton of work,, o.t and the telephone ringing off the wall with work.. finished the car in march of 2002- after 9/11 the phone stopped ringing- i was very fortunate to have had the work then ,,, because if i were to do it today i could not afford it... now im trying to find a 40 hr a week job,,, me and the other 1300 union guys sittin at home.. and gettin 236 a week from unemployment(needed a vacation any way ,, just didnt think it would be 6 mts and counting!)

Good to have another southerner on the forum. Congrats on your purchase. Looks good!
