I made more hp and torque with a 222/226 .600 cam with lightly ported 243s and the stock LS6 manifold then the donkey dick tested. It drives easy as could be.

A stock rear 18x10.5 mounted on the front has a noticeable poke, with +58 offset. 18x11's with +53 definitely will have a noticeable amount, too. Can't avoid it with that wide of a wheel/tire combo.
