That's a terrible cam for no supporting mods. I'd be surprised if it put down much more that 540 rwhp. It's also a really tough on valve springs and guides. I'd be doing a wiggle test every 2 or 3...

Typically if it was blown due to a dropped valve (most common reason) the block was windowed and all you're left with is a 400lb block of recyclable metal. A replacement motor is your only choice....

I believe Lingenfelter is one of the few shops...

I believe Lingenfelter is one of the few shops that use GM's OEM guides. From what I remember they can obtain them due to their close relationship with GM. Personally, I wouldn't use OEM GM guides....
