It’s a redundant question “is the controller plugged in”. If it wasn’t he wouldn’t see the SRC light on. You might as well have asked if the battery was hooked up.

Based on the pictures, it’s a 92+ cradle for an LT1 style motor mount. The spindles are also 91+ since the hub has an abs sensor sticking out the back.

It is underneath the driver side hush panel. You need to remove the panel and also the metal crash brace to access it.

The car is not imported into Canada correctly is the issue. It needs to be taken back to the states with the proper paperwork filed for entry into Canada with safety and tax being paid.
