Hi and welcome!

You can tap into the YELLOW wire at the wiper motor as that is HOT in RUN and OFF with the key OFF.

Disconnect the battery FIRST!

As said above, one at the starter and one at the horn relay.
On the schematic, the one at the horn relay says 'FUSE' but it is a fusible link.

Those wires are part of the 'seat belt interlock system'.
There is a switch in each seat bottom, another switch in the seat belt receiver and a relay and a buzzer under the shifter console.
