No problems in my 94, only had to trim the foam rubbers that hold the rad in the plastic but no trimming of the plastic.

Just and FYI on the air filter cover bolts. When you change/clean your air make sure the plastic cap/knob is not backing off the metal screw/shaft. If it backs off about 1/2 inch you will poke a hole...
