the heads may go and takes the motor with it but I had planned on new heads...

um couldn't you disconnect the battery terminal and test with a jumper cable run around the outside to the jump lug on the fuse box?

follow-up! so i was able to bleed as per GM...

so i was able to bleed as per GM service manual....

i had to drop the "spring hanger" nuts and let the H pipe drop down in order to get to the bleeder screw...
