Exactly. If he is <700rwhp I would go with the 26" unless he has to get the taller tire to ride out a specific gear for a certain situation.

You don't lose torque with light flywheel. Options are katech or maybe monster but probably only the katech. I would sell it and just use the money towards a different clutch

An LS3 is built strong enough for easy 800hp. LS7, not so much. If that was your goal you would have been better off with a ls3 car.

Exactly. Just break cleaner/compressed air/etc. You will be amazed at the junk that clears out. If you don't clean the threads you risk cracking the block, or not getting proper torque.

Remember the alternator grounds through that bracket, so if you painted it make sure to clean/clear the surfaces it touches and between the block and bracket.

They are stock height, so if you don't have clearance issues now, you will not with them.
