My '09 had 5,000 miles on it. The brake fluid was borderline so I had it flushed out. Hygroscopic brake fluid is always a concern just from time, not just miles.

I think of the protection factor too when taking my cars into parking lots. I usually won't park 'way out there' but if I see a nice ride I know they won't swing the doors open wildly so I park next...
